Sobre Kudos

Kudos is a cloud-based peer-to-peer employee recognition software for organizations with more than 100 employees. The platform gives organizations a high degree of customization around branding and the use of rewards. Other features include custom rewards, culture analytics and manager reporting, rewards catalog, leaderboards, birthdays and milestones, photo sharing, and more. Recognition is the core of Kudos, with rewards being entirely optional. Users of Kudos send recognition to each other using direct messages, video messaging, or using existing communication channels like Slack or Teams. Many Kudos clients also choose to make use of its Culture Strategy team, which is dedicated to building tailored programs designed to further drive employee engagement. Kudos integrates with many third-party applications like ADP, Workday, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint, Zendesk, LinkedIn and Okta. It comes with a mobile application for iOS and Android devices. The solution is available on a monthly subscription and support is provided via phone, online help desk and chat.

Nothing short of an exceptional experience! Our team is in loving with having Kudos.

More customizing options for the pages feature, but not really a con. I've found a work around by creating custom graphics with my preferred images and fonts and uploading. Very easy to read on mobile phones which is so nice! This has become our company "go to" for resources such as our benefit program overview.

The program is incredibly user friendly and availability on all platforms: computer, mobile, Gmail build in, and more. We have employees with language barriers that can use the program with ease! The program has connected our company and solidified our core values of team. With hotels spread out our province, all the teams can come together to recognize, share best practices, and celebrate success. It has also helped me get to know our team and helps our ownership group stay involved with day to day news. One of the customer rep, from the beginning, has been incredibly helpful and efficient. Kudos Support help answer any questions I have so quickly and properly. Not to mention, I have given multiple improvement requests which have come through shortly after! Kudos truly cares and we feel valued... most importantly, our team feels valued having this incredible tool to recognize and communicate with each other. I would not hesitate to recommend Kudos to any other organization.

Great for Employee Engagement

Very positive. I'm very confident that this tool will help us build a more positive culture and a new way to put focus on employee recognition.

It's structured like a social feed and very easy to use. Minimal training required and implementation and customization was very simple. Powerful tool for increasing employee engagement and building a culture of recognition.

I wish it supported GIF files and had a way to set up points activities that users could claim, but other than that it's great!

Makes a difference on a distributed team

Kudos provide an often overlooked element to interpersonal communication that's important for company culture and teams. That little bit of positive reinforcement goes a long ways.

Puntos a favor

Kudos is integrated with Slack and makes it easy to throw out some quick recognition for my team members. With everyone working from home, it adds the much-needed positive acknowledgement that everyone needs to feel connected.

Puntos en contra

Occasionally we would have connectivity issues or long delays before a Kudo would be delivered. Hopefully they're working on that!

Recognition made easy

I love it, I use it everyday and recommend its use to everyone irrespective of your job level.

Puntos a favor

The structure and ease of use has allowed me to very easily recognize my peers , leaders and staff. The integrated dashboards also creates competitiveness which makes it even more fun.

Puntos en contra

The software needs to have some build in moderation to identify "fake" recognition's. An exceptional category gets selected with the contents saying thank you.

Excellent motivating tool for a team

I love being able to gift Kudos every month to someone on my team who helps me. It's great to be able to say thank you to my coworkers with some substance.

Kudos feels like a no-brainer for every big company. It simultaneously incentivitizes users to work hard to earn Kudos, and creates a better work culture as you can gift your monthly Kudos points to members on your team.

I honestly can't see any downside to using the Kudos platform for your team, but that's probably because I don't pay for the service myself. I am strictly coming from a "user's perspective" and from that POV, Kudos is an awesome culture tool.
