CallHippo is a cloud-based call center solution that helps mid to large size businesses with workflow automation and virtual telephony. The platform enables users to give detailed analysis to customers through call recordings. CallHippo offers Activity Feed that lets users access caller name, call status, total call duration, department and more. Primary features of CallHippo include productivity tracker, sales script designing, call recording samples and call analysis. Additionally, the platform lets users filter call logs by applying filters such as call type, specific time period, incoming calls or outgoing calls. CallHippo integrates with Zapier, Zoho, Zendesk, Slack, HubSpot, Intercom, Groove, Freshdesk and Pipedrive. Pricing of the product is based on per month, per user basis and support is extended via email, phone, live chat and documentation.

Excelente servicio

Facil manejo del sistema, servicio completo en soporte

Calidad de las llamadas excelente, estabilidad en el registro de llamadas con los leads

Great Customer Support!

CallHippo has a very responsive customer support team. CallHippo has always ensured that my team receives the best customer support anyone can get. When we had problems during the initial setting up process, the support staff provided fast real time solutions that that impressed me. The customer service people always make sure that customers are treated with the utmost respect and attention and I can say it isn't about what I heard alone but I have firsthand experience of the way they work. The CallHippo system works without glitches and I really like the Call Recording feature which has been of great help. CallHippo is affordable and has great customer service and attributes. My verdict: It's worth a try. You'll be glad you did.

Desventajas

I'm really satisfied with the way it works. All I can say is that the software development team continue to improve on the excellent job they've done so far.

Very good voip.

I dont have mobile service at my location, so this allows me to have an australian mobile number and use it over starlink internet service.

Desventajas

the app is a bit clunky and the web app is too. cant make calls if i include the 0 in prefix in a number. eg +6104020 must be +614020

My account was disabled by the fraud department but [SENSITIVE CONTENT] got me up again very...

So, i just started using the application and signed up for it yesterday, i am still in the trial phase and have not submitted any verification documents yet so my account was disabled. I was upset about it and raised a ticked.[SENSITIVE CONTENT] got back to me within minutes and quickly restored my account. He was very professional in addressing my concern and resolved it in a timely manner.

I have just started using CallHippo and have been in touch with 2 team members until now, [SENSITIVE CONTENT] and[SENSITIVE CONTENT]. I can comforatblly say that Call Hippo has a great support team that's availble round the clock.

Desventajas

Until now, the only issue i had was when my account was disabled for no reason by the fraud department. THey havent yet asked me for any verification documents so it was upsetting to get blocked this way. but they did reinstate my account when i contacted support.
