SmartWay2 is a cloud-based facility management solution, which assists businesses with meeting room scheduling and workspace utilization. Key features include collaboration, automatic notifications, reservation management, data export and calendar management. 

The SmartWay2 platform enables users to book meeting rooms, order catering and AV equipment, set capacity or time limits for events and send notifications to attendees. It allows administrators to search for rooms by location, capacity, equipment, room layout and more. Additionally, managers can create approval workflows for spaces, reserve rooms for senior executives, define services available per room and provide role-based access to stakeholders such as the head of facilities, catering managers and more. 

SmartWay2 offers integration with Outlook Exchange and Office 365, streamlining the room booking process for employees. It is available on annual subscriptions and support is provided via phone and online help desk.

Smartway2 has reduced our no show rate by over 70% do to email reminders and signage outside of each meeting room which requires employees to check in via their security badge. We have received great value from this solution since we installed in 10 months again.

Puntos a favor

Outlook integration is very easy to use - IT team were very happy!
Implementation was great. We were up and running in days.
Digitial signage helps us reduce our meeting no shows and increase conf room utilization.
Able to book rooms and desks with one mobile app.

Puntos en contra

Would like to see them provide desk signage to track utilization and check in for mobiel workers. They say its coming soon.
