Vertafore Agency Platform is a cloud-based insurance management solution designed for insurance companies of all sizes. It offers accounting, customer management, document management, policy management and reporting within a suite. Android and iOS apps available.

Vertafore Agency Platform features business process navigation, which assists users in documentation and provides forms involved in the processes. The product also features a built-in reference library, which users can refer to in difference stages of the insurance filing and business processes.

Vertafore features its “National Comparative Rating” tool, powered by PL Rating, which provides users with quotes for different types of insurance claims, such as for automobiles, home and natural disasters.

Vertafore is available in three different pricing tiers: Essentials, Professional and Enterprise. The product also offers integration with Microsoft Office Suite. The vendor provides phone and live chat support, and also offers online case submission.

This has really increased productivity in the office. The reports can be adjusted to whatever you need to be testing and measuring to help focus on the details.

I love how easily it integrates with my email and phone systems. When a client calls in, our phone system recognizes the phone number and pops up a new tab with the client information. It's SO nice!!

Sometimes getting through to customer service can be difficult, as we had some issues with pricing agreement.

Overall it is good. The customer service is great and they go out of their way to answer your question and to make sure you use the platform to your advantage. The online University is also helpful, it includes prerecorded video walkthroughs for different tasks. I used that quite a bit.

If you input the data right, I like how quick/easy it to generate forms in the future for projects or for requests from the customer.

Learning how to use the software for the first time. It took me a good 3-4 months before I really started to understand how to correctly use it.

I like that it keeps all of my due dates in order and is very user friendly. It helps keep me on track to make sure our agents are compliant.

There's not a lot I can say that I don't like. I wish I could use it for other functions of my job. It's beneficial to have this program.
