EnvVisual is a cloud-based facility management system with an emphasis on issue management, offering technology to help locate problems and then dispatch the right technician to solve them.
The system's visual platform lets companies view problems and address issues from anywhere. Problems can be reported and tracked from a single location, and communication is instant, with notifications to help inform property managers of important issues that need resolution.
Detailed reports can be generated with attached images and locations so that facilities managers can know exactly what the issue is and where it is within the building to help speed issue resolution.
Technicians can be assigned to each job based on a number of factors, including their experience with a particular type of problem, or their proximity to the issue location.
Other features include maintenance management, capital project and program planning and real estate portfolio management. As a web-based system, envVisual can be used on almost any device with an Internet connection, including mobile devices, iPads, and tablets.
The system is suited for small to midsize businesses.

How easy it is to report an issue. Unlimited users.
Large size floor plan images can take a few seconds to load.
Get a demo and play around with it a bit. Have your users try it out also.
This is a great maintenance management product. I can mark problem areas in my facility walk-through on my iPad. It then sends out requests to my vendors, I can see when the issue has been taken care of. Highly recommended!

Glad to see you are using the software and see it's value. We love making your job easier, more efficient and more cost-effective
Great interface. Customizable. Love being able to tap the floor plan and mark problem spots on-site
There's a bit of lag with large floor plans. Can take a bit longer to load.
Make sure you know your needs and challenges up-front. Their team does a great job customizing, and you definitely only want the features that apply to you.
