Performance Overview offers a dashboard to analyze performance, view donor pipeline and more. Users can configure drop-down menus and entry forms, modify fields and create new ones through the solution to meet organization's requirements. The reporting feature helps users to create periodic reports in order to analyze company performance.
ResultsPlus also offers a calendar that syncs via Microsoft Outlook and allows team members in the office to set appointments via iCal.

There are no good qualities. An Excel spreadsheet would have been better than Results Plus.
Queries are next to impossible to run. I had to contact customer support before any new query because it was so challenging to get the right information. It is not user friendly.

It was good because, as a smaller nonprofit organization, the integration with our Human Resources and Accounting department was key. Having everything on one system as opposed to each part of the organization being on its own was a positive.
It was difficult finding the information that we needed quickly. The queries were not user friendly, though the support team was friendly and responsive. Because it was so complicated to get the queries exactly right, it was hard to ever completely trust the data.

I inherited this system - doing everything possible to exit it as soon as possible.
Can't say a thing.........I know groups who have used it for years and years. The administrative support staff who've been around for years and enter data like it, but management hates it - the only reason they haven't moved away is because of the time and expense to do so.

I used ResultsPlus for 14 years at a non-profit organization. While it was functional, I found that I had too many times where I had to manually make the program do what I needed done rather than easily doing it for me.
